With years of field knowledge, he approaches each project with focus, care, and attention to detail. Randy is known not only for his plumbing skills but also for his positive attitude and genuine connection with customers — he takes pride in doing things right the first time. Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog Remy (his “forever puppy”), often exploring Bay Area hiking trails together. When he's home you'll usually find him at the grill, where he's perfected his steak game over the years.
