What’s involved in repiping a house?

In order to repipe your home, Cabrillo will need to remove small sections of your drywall so we can access and replace your pipes. Depending on the size of your home, this process will likely take a few days to a week to complete. Don’t worry, while we’re working on your home we’ll cover all of your furniture, floors and other belongings so that our work doesn’t make a mess. After the entire process is finished and your home is cleaned up, we’ll test to ensure that water is flowing properly through all of your new pipes.

Keep in mind that repiping a house is a major plumbing repair, and you should only hire a trusted and well-respected contractor like Cabrillo in order to ensure that the job is done right.

If you have any questions about repiping a house, or if you’d like a plumbing system serviced or installed in your home, contact Cabrillo, your Bay Area plumbing, heating and air conditioning contractor.
